Shipping & Returns Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Bank E-Transfers.
Shipping charges will show up as FREE on the website, but we will add the shipping charges to Invoice.
Returns
*We will accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing for 30 days from the date of purchase.
*If you receive a defective/damaged item, Please call us immediately at 1-416-398-8000 for a Return Authorization Number.
*Items returned must be in their original packaging.
*We do not credit or refund shipping charges.
Damages
*If a shipment is damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the carrier in order to confirm the damages.
*If an item is received damage via courier, you must sign for the box damaged. All damaged merchandise and boxes must be kept in order to file a claim.
*Damaged claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
